Like the Virginia Congressman mentioned in the article, you seem to be rushing to attack "liberal culture" and everyone's favorite "liberal" city to attack, Portland. Meanwhile, you missed the entire point about the base rate fallacy being used to exaggerate an increase. This was a lesson and example on that, not an endorsement of crime or the city of Portland (which I live nowhere near and have never been to). Read again.
